Booking Conditions

To confirm your booking, we require a cheque or your credit card details (expiry date and copyright) in order to cover the deposit.

Deposit Amount
For one night up to three nights: the cost of the first night.
For more than three nights: 30 % of the total cost of your stay.

Cancellation Conditions
More than 30 days before your due arrival, the deposit will be reimbursed, deduction having first been made of 32 € per room to cover administration costs.

Between 30 days and 21 days before your due arrival, deposits will be reimbursed to the tune of 50%.

From 4 to 21 days before your due arrival date, the total amount of the deposit will be kept by the hotel in case of total cancellation of your stay.

In case of partial cancellation (form 4 to 21 days before your due arrival date), 50% of the cancelled rooms’ rate will have to be paid.

Less than 4 days before your due arrival date, the total amount of your stay will have to be paid (accommodation and breakfasts)

Departure before the end of the confirmed stay : for any reason, if you leave the hotel before the due departure date, stipulated in the contract, the total amount of the confirmed stay will have to be paid, except if an other customer book this room.

Booking Confirmation
your booking can be confirmed by letter, by fax or by e mail.
A map and the brochure of the hotel can be sent to you on request.
