To guarantee your reservation, you will be asked for a cheque or your credit card number with expiry date in order to debit the deposit.
• The amount of deposit: for a short stay (between 1 and 3 nights) the amount of the deposit is equal to one night.
For a long stay (more than 3 nights) the amount of the deposit is equal to 30% of the stay.
• Cancellation terms and conditions: more than 30 days before the presumed date of arrival, the deposit will be reimbursed minus a handling fee (€ 32).
- Between 30 and 21 days before the presumed date of arrival, 50% of the deposit will be retained.
- Between 4 and 21 days before the date of arrival, the entire deposit will be kept by the hotel in the event of the cancellation of your entire stay.
- Partial cancellation of your stay, between 4 and 21 days before the date of arrival: 50% of the rate of the cancelled room is due.
- Less than 4 days before the date of arrival, the entire stay confirmed in the contract is due.
• Reservation terms and conditions for a group (corporate or private) of a minimum of 8 participants
50% of the projected amount of the reservation will be requested by way of deposit.
Any cancellation less than 20 days before check-in will lead to the non-refund of the deposit paid which will be kept by The Lodge Kerisper.
Any partial cancellation less than 20 days before check-in will lead to the reimbursement of 50% of the rate of the cancelled room.
Any cancellation less than 10 days before check-in will lead to the immediate payment of the entire sum mentioned in the offer.
• Shorter stay: in the event of premature departure and non resale of the room, the amount of the initial stay will be invoiced in total, by way of compensation.
• Confirmation of reservation: your reservation will be confirmed by letter, fax or e-mail. An access map, hotel brochure and rates will be sent to you on request. |
